Hi guys! 
I'm having a little problem with submissions - they keep expiring after like 1-2 days, sometimes even shorter (
) while the time I set is one week so I miss the time to accept them - sorry for that. If you're pretty sure your deviations should be accepted but it didn't (ie they fulfill these guidelines hippies.deviantart.com/journal…) please submit them again because I try to submit such works myself but as I'm nanaging this alone I might have not time for everything.
Sorry for the inconvinience, I'm trying to work it out, if any of you has any ideas about what to do with that feel free to share

new admins needed
Hi everyone :wave:
I'm very sorry to say that but I'll have to give up my place as the main admin of the group. I have been terribly neglecting it for a long time and should have resigned long time ago but I hoped I may still make it work. I haven't and I won't. Therefore I need someone to take over the group. In the meantime I tried to make it work with some help but that admin was forced to leave too so for the moment I'm the only "active" one.
Despite the "title" I am not the founder of the group and it was handed to me only because the previous admin couldn't take care of it anymore.
If you think you could handle it write me a note please

hi everyone
here's a quick reminder how things work
I am busy (sorry ) and therefore I won't be accepting works submitted to the wrong folders (there're so many of them, moving them all would take ages) - if your work wasn't accepted check if it was submitted to the right folder (I've only once or twice declined a work for anything else so that's probably yours wasn't accepted) - the the folders are clearly divided so that should be easy (also if they seem very unclear we can talk about fixing it ), if still in doubt - send me a private message , of course you can submit everything again, to the right folder

were you able to sort this problem out? i am having the same prob in my group, submissions get expired in a day before I can even see them, so I submit them manually after that. if you have any info how to solve it, pls share it with me!
